Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the same day or next working day. During holidays or busy periods, processing times may vary — any delays will be clearly communicated on our website and social media platforms.
Shipping Locations
We ship both within the UK and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 2–4 working days
- Europe: 2–11 working days
- International: 4–14 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup Tuesday to Friday, between 11:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
To collect your order, you must first place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup confirmation email before travelling to collect your order. This email will confirm that your order is ready and will include the full collection address and any relevant collection instructions.
We aim to have orders available for same-day pickup during our usual pickup days and hours. However, pickup availability and closing times may occasionally change and will be updated on our website and social media to let customers know.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If an address appears incorrect or incomplete, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delays & Liability
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur. While we always aim for timely delivery, delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.
